I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, PTSD, and other life stressors. With experience in psychiatric crisis care and community outreach, I believe healing starts with feeling safe enough to show up. My goal is to offer real, judgment-free support that meets you where you are and helps you move toward lasting growth.
Hi there! I’m glad you’re here. Seeking support takes courage, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.
I’m Daniel, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who provides therapy in both English and Mandarin. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and cultural or identity-related concerns.
My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate this chapter of your life.
I am a licensed therapist who has been working in the field since 2014 with diverse individuals in different settings. I attended California State Polytechnic University for my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and the University of Southern California for my Masters in Social Work. I specialize in working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues and grief and loss issues. On a personal note, I love to hike, cook and watch movies.
You can look like you have it all together — and still feel like you're falling apart inside. I know, because I’ve been there.
I help women who are ages 20-50 navigate life changes, improve healthy coping, gain clarity, and feel emotionally lighter. My clients report feeling "lighter" after sessions, more clarity on their next steps, less irritability with others, and improved relationships.
I’m Catherine Moore, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, international speaker, author, podcaster, and therapist. For over 15 years, I’ve supported women through anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, and the high-stakes demands of everyday life.
I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and have worked in everything from fast-paced hospitals to deeply personal private practice.
But beyond the credentials, I’m also a burnout survivor.
I know the relentless pressure of being everything for everyone — mother, daughter, friend, professional. I’ve lost close family members. I’ve walked through trauma. And I know what it’s like to smile on the outside while feeling lost on the inside. It’s what drives my work and what makes this space safe, grounded, and judgment-free.
If you’re ready to stop drowning in life and start living with clarity, peace, and purpose — I’m here. You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore. Schedule a no-obligation consultation with me to see if we are a good fit for your goals.
Hello, I’m Leah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their relationships. I provide therapy through telehealth, offering accessible, compassionate care in a safe and supportive environment.
I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Global and have experience working with adults, children, and families. My clinical background includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress management.
In my practice, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic therapies to help clients build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward healing and growth at your own pace.
My orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy influenced by philosophy. The foundation of therapy is acceptance, unconditional positive regard and emotional support. The therapist partners with the client to clarify their thoughts to provide new skills and insights which increase the client coping skills and resiliency He educates and teaches about psychiatric disorders as depression and anxiety and the skills to overcome tthm.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a supportive and engaging space where you feel safe to be emotionally open, while also bringing a sense of ease.
At the core of my style is curiosity. I’m drawn to the “why” - why we feel, think, and respond to life the way we do. I take a holistic and at times existential approach, exploring not just immediate challenges, but the deeper patterns, life transitions, and questions of meaning that shape your experience.
I draw from a wide range of personal and professional experiences, including working directly with and overseeing a large and diverse group of clients. This allows me to adapt different techniques and perspectives to support growth, insight, and lasting change. Throughout the process, I remain thoughtful, engaged, and focused on what will be most helpful for you.
My name is David Marquez and I am a Licensed Clinicial Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I have been a social worker for over 10 years and graduated from San Francisco State University. As a Latino therapist, I’m especially passionate about serving LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I offer therapy in English and Spanish, and I bring cultural awareness, warmth, and real conversation into the room. Your identity, experiences, and personality aren’t side notes here — they’re part of the story we honor. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and occasionally sprinkled with humor — because sometimes the most healing moments come right after we say, “Ohhh... that makes sense.”
I'm Dr. Jack Sample, a licensed clinical psychologist in Los Angeles offering psychodynamic, depth-oriented therapy at my office in Hollywood. My practice is informed by training and education in psychology, cultural anthropology, and nonfiction storytelling. I believe therapy is an opportunity to address the roots of suffering and support enduring change. My approach aims to cultivate capacities for thinking, feeling, and creativity to foster a greater sense of agency and aliveness.
I believe people carry far more strength, clarity, and resilience than they often realize. My role is to help you understand the emotional patterns and internal narratives that shape your experience, so you can move through life with greater freedom and self‐trust. I’m engaged, attuned, and honest in the room — offering reflection, insight, and steady collaboration as we explore what’s happening beneath the surface. We work at a pace that feels grounded for you, creating space for real change to germinate.
I work with teens, adults, and couples. I believe that true wellness comes from integrating all aspects of ourselves—spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and creative. As a California-certified sexual assault counselor, fully trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, I provide trauma-informed care with empathy and expertise. I also specialize in psychedelic therapy preparation and integration, guiding clients through their profound journeys with care and intention.
My focus
I specialize in working with adults facing depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, occupational stress, relationship conflicts, cultural and identity issues, and survivors of abuse. I help clients build understanding and chart a path forward using evidence-based approaches.
My communication style
My style is nurturing, accepting, empathic, and personable. I use unconditional positive regard to help you feel safe without judgment. I validate how you feel and normalize your situation so you can feel comfortable and at ease in our work together.
My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist because I have always accepted others, regardless of their background or circumstances. I believe in advocating for those who may not otherwise have a voice.
I entered into this field to help individuals to learn, grow and heal at their own pace. I fundamentally believe that we are the experts of ourselves and our experiences. My role through my education, learning and experience is to support clients’ in unlocking their awareness of patterns to increase the clients’ ability to access the tools within them to facilitate their learning, growth and healing through a collaborative process.
As a Black/African American woman, I am passionate about working with people of color (especially people of color who identify as LGBTIA+) in destigmatizing mental health in our communities and identifying how systemic racism/systemic oppression affect our mental health.
My strengths as a therapist are rooted in fifteen years of experience working in the field as a mental health clinician in a variety of settings. I have supported individual’s ability to access their inherent tools to overcome struggles connected to trauma, grief & loss, depression and general anxiety. Over the course of my experience I have developed skills in providing therapy to underrepresented, underserviced families, children, individuals, and couples. I also have a wealth of experience supporting youth involved in the juvenile justice system, oppositional teens, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
