As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my background spans decades in high-intensity environments, including service as a critical-care helicopter and fixed-wing flight nurse/paramedic, an officer in the United States Air Force Reserves, and an
entrepreneur. My career has been shaped in spaces where calm leadership, accountability, and compassion are essential—not optional.

of healing.

My approach is collaborative and holistic. I look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture of your life - including stressors, relationships, medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals. Clients often describe my style as compassionate, thorough, and grounded. I believe in clear communication, shared decision-making, and ensuring you feel informed and empowered about your treatment options. My goal is not simply symptom reduction - it is helping you restore balance, confidence, and a meaningful quality of life.

Welcome to Couples Therapy! Are you having the same argument over and over? Did your relationship experience betrayal and loss of trust? Or are you simply living as roommates or logistical partners who run a family, bussing kids across various sports/schools events, with little to no passion toward each other? I am here to help! I work with couples to identify the patterns that block connection and to rediscover the emotional bond that brought you two together. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where both of you feel heard, respected, and understood. Change begins when we learn to understand - not fix - each other.
