Hello! I work with adult clients, ages 18-64 years old, who have medication management needs for their mental health conditions. Clients should have appropriate acuity in the mild-to-moderate range for telehealth care. Certain conditions or symptom severity levels may need a more intensive care setting than telehealth. As I too struggled with unhealthy patterns of my past. Hitting rock bottom was my turning point. I immersed myself in retreats and inner child work, finding strength in spirituality. Healing myself and paying it forward to help others heal too.

I have over two decades of Social Work experience. I have worked in high school settings for over 20 years with a variety of students to include: LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, ADHD, and teen parenting. Prior to working in the school setting, I worked with homeless families as well as domestic violence victims.
