My name is Latarsia Renee Williams, but feel free to call me Tarsia (pronounced like Tasha). I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Alabama, and I have been working with clients since 2016. My professional background includes supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups across a range of settings such as youth programs, detention facilities, group therapy environments, and private practice. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018 and became fully licensed in 2024.

I currently provide telehealth services to adults across Florida. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, grief, emotional regulation, low self-worth, mood and attention challenges, and relationship concerns. I also offer Christian counseling for those seeking to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 8 years of experience and I also hold a Certified Master's Level Addiction Professional ( MCAP). I have worked in a wide variety of settings with a focus on individual counseling. My specialties include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic abuse, and ADHD.

Amy Penny is a passionate and dedicated therapist who believes that every person holds limitless potential and inner strength waiting to be discovered. Drawing from her own experiences of overcoming adversity and her clinical expertise, Amy creates a safe and supportive space where individuals feel empowered to connect with their inner resources and move toward growth and healing.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years of experience helping people heal from trauma, manage life transitions, and find balance between professional and personal well-being. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, CPT, and PE for trauma.

As a Certified Perinatal Coach and Childbirth Educator, I also support individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional changes that come with these seasons of life. I especially enjoy working with Latinx professionals and others navigating identity, leadership, and growth.

Nurse (APRN) with a robust background in primary care, family medicine, psychiatry, and addiction

medicine. Passionate about improving community health, Frances is dedicated to building strong,

trusting relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Her extensive

experience and dual certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental

Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) uniquely position her to provide comprehensive, patient-

centered care across the lifespan.
