Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 13 years of experience in the helping profession and 7 years as a therapist. I have a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and confidence.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut. I am a dedicated therapist with experience delivering client-centered care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. My clinical style integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. I provide therapy for teens, adults, and couples, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I create a warm, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I also offer faith-based Christian counseling upon request, integrating clients’ values and beliefs into the therapeutic process when desired.

I have over 8 years of experience in private practice and have helped people through a wide range of issues. I have unique experience in sport and performance psychology. I have two post undergraduate degrees in mental health counseling from Indiana University and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Butler University. I bring my knowledge, experience, and value system to each of my clients.
