I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My work has spanned a wide range of populations, diagnoses, and settings. I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, behavioral issues, and eating disorders. My clinical experience includes in-home services, inpatient hospitalization, residential care, and outpatient treatment.

With an empathic approach and dynamic disposition, I’m deeply committed to building strong, trusting, and positive relationships with my clients and their support systems. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive spaces—and I’m proud to walk alongside my clients in that journey.

Vanessa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Dallas, TX. Licensed in Texas, Virginia and Florida. As a bilingual therapist she has experience working with the Latin community as well as adults of all backgrounds.
