I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts. I offer comprehensive treatment combining medication with lifestyle and behavioral interventions. I help adult clients manage conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders and substance use disorder. I also specialize in helping women navigate the peri and postpartum periods. I use evidence-based treatments that consider the client’s biological, psychological, spiritual, and social needs.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating addiction across the full spectrum, including alcohol and other substances, compulsive or process-based behaviors, early recovery, relapse vulnerability, long-term recovery, and transitions out of inpatient or higher levels of care. I also support clients experiencing co-occurring challenges such as anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, and major life transitions.

I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2015, with experience in addiction and mental health treatment across a range of settings and levels of care. I hold a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and am LCSW-eligible. I work with adolescents (13+) and adults, and I welcome clients at all stages of readiness, including those who feel unsure, ambivalent, or overwhelmed by change.

It often reflects deeper emotional, relational, and stress-based patterns that deserve understanding rather than judgment. I place strong value on helping clients build internal resources while also connecting them to supportive services and external supports when additional structure or care would be helpful.

I treat adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use concerns, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including complex cases. I especially enjoy working with college students, professionals, and business leaders who are balancing demanding schedules and high expectations. I also collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure well rounded care.

We grow at our own pace, but it is my experience that with counseling support, personal evolution can happen more quickly. As a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and Life Coach, my background is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness, behavioral changes, emotional regulation, and finding solutions.

This background allows me to meet clients where they are whether they're seeking immediate relief or working toward deeper personal growth.

Hi, I’m Chris.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University. I’ve spent the past eight years working in child protection social work supporting teens and families, and earlier in my career I worked with adults living with severe and persistent mental illness through the Department of Mental Health.

I specialize in working with teenage boys and young men struggling with anxiety, ADHD, low motivation, school stress, emotional regulation, and conflict at home. Many parents reach out when their son seems stuck, withdrawn, or increasingly focused on gaming, vaping, or marijuana, and they’re not sure how to help without creating more tension.

I also work closely with teens and young men navigating the transition from high school into college, work, or greater independence—helping them build confidence, direction, and practical life skills during this important stage.

I focus first on building trust, especially with teens who may be unsure about therapy. Many of the teens I work with aren’t sure they want therapy at first, and part of my role is helping them feel comfortable enough to see that support can actually be useful and relevant to their lives. From there, I help them develop practical skills to manage stress, improve focus and motivation, and move forward with greater confidence.
