Welcome!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working with children and their families. I have also spent a number of years working in inpatient settings with both adults and adolescents.
My name is Dr. Christopher Liano. With over 15 years of experience, I help individuals and couples build stronger, more fulfilling relationships and improve emotional well-being. I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other life challenges.
My approach is personalized, collaborative, and focused on meaningful, lasting growth. I help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen connections, and develop practical tools for everyday life.
Therapy with me is real, down-to-earth, and engaging—I bring honesty, humor, and compassion to create a space where you can grow, heal, and be yourself. Book with me here or at https://evolvetothrive9.com.
Welcome, and come as you are. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself on a deeper level. Many of the struggles we experience in adulthood, whether in relationships, self-worth, anxiety, trauma, communication, or life satisfaction, are shaped by patterns that developed long before we were aware of them. My role is to help you identify those patterns, understand why they exist, and create lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms.
I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, managing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, psychosis, ADHD, OCD, and substance use.
Hi, I’m Heather Wilson Pham, a psychotherapist and Doctor of Social Work (DSW) candidate with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, and financial stress, especially when these challenges are connected. My work focuses on empowering clients to build confidence, clarity, and independence in both their emotional and practical lives. I blend therapy with real-world strategies so clients can create meaningful, lasting change.
Please note: My practice is currently focused on individual therapy, and I am not accepting new couples at this time.
I've been a Social Worker since 2nd grade-always first in line to give a hug, support friends, and share snacks. In college, I took "Intro to Social Work", and I've never looked back. My career officially started in Addictions, and with my post-graduate studies in Structural Family Therapy, I've honed in my therapeutic skills. I've worked in a variety of settings, most recently as a Veterinary Social Worker. Logic, humor, and animals (preferably dogs!) are the cornerstone tools of my work.
Graduated from Temple University with a BA of Social Work providing case management empowering parents to advocate for their child's medical , educational, and community needs. Graduated with a Masters of Social Work from Stockton University while growing my experiences as a case manager for a children's partial care program. I then gained further experience as a therapist providing individual and family therapy to children impacted by trauma. Most recently I have provided individual therapy to adults through an out patient setting.
