Hello! I'm Sylvia Nnamdi-Enwerem, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over a decade of nursing experience caring for patients in medical, surgical, and mental health settings across three continents. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how mental and physical health are connected.
I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, personality disorders, insomnia, and substance use disorders.
I believe everyone deserves compassionate, respectful, and personalized care. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns and confident that we will work together to help you feel better.
Some people come to therapy when things fall apart. A lot of people come after they've held it together for so long they don't know how to stop. I'm Chelsea, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work, and I work with veterans, adolescents, and adults navigating PTSD, trauma, and anxiety that has become part of daily life. I also work with new and expecting mothers experiencing the mental health shifts that don't always get talked about. Clients often describe me as warm, focused, and genuinely invested in making progress.
Hi, I’m Sarah Stewart, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Pelorus Point — a practice dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s transitions with clarity and confidence. I am licensed in Florida, Idaho, Utah, and North Dakota, and bring over 11 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples.
My background includes a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and ongoing doctoral studies in Psychology, where my research focuses on language, identity, and inclusive mental health practices. My approach to therapy is eclectic and collaborative, blending elements of psychodynamic, narrative, and mindfulness-based work to create a space that fits you rather than forcing you into a specific model.
I specialize in working with clients navigating ADHD, dissociative disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, gender identity exploration, religious trauma, and relationship issues. My style is direct, grounded, and compassionate — I’m not afraid to challenge unhelpful patterns, but I always do so with respect and curiosity.
At Pelorus Point, my mission is simple: to help you find your true north — to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
I am a compassionate psychiatric provider that is dedicated to my practice. I started my psychiatric career as a technician in forensic psychiatry. I worked with individuals who had comitted crimes and were either attempting to determine competency, or were found not guilty by reason of insanity. As my education blossomed, I began working as a nurse on a child and adolescent crisis stabilization unit. I found a massive love for child and adolescent psychiatry and spent most of my career working crisis stabilization and residential psychiatric care for children and adolescents. This gave me significant experience working with many different cultures. After I graduated with my doctorate, I began working psychiatric outpatient. I now see patients of all ages (children 4+, adolescents, adults and geriatric). I thrive on a strong therapeutic relationship and making sure my patients feel heard. I am open minded and non-bias. You are safe with me.
Welcome and I’m so proud of you for making it this far! Therapy can be intimidating, so I am here to support you and walk with you on your journey. My philosophy is that you are the expert in your own experiences and I am just along to help guide you as you need.
I specialize in working with children, aged 6 through 18, and adults facing diverse challenges. I have a specialty in working with individuals facing life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, grief/loss, perinatal/postpartum, confidence building, trauma, and social skills building.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Army veteran, and Wyoming native, now practicing in North Dakota. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota and bring years of clinical experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges.
I specialize in helping clients heal from all types of trauma—including complex, developmental, relational, and military trauma—as well as navigate relationship difficulties, anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions. I use a holistic, eclectic approach, incorporating Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with mindfulness and trauma-informed care.
My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and rebuild self-compassion and confidence. Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about growth, connection, and reclaiming your sense of peace.
I work with women in their 20s and 30s who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, or that overwhelming sense that life should feel more manageable by now. A lot of my clients have tried therapy before and felt like it wasn't clicking, like they were spinning their wheels. That's exactly the kind of stuck I help with.
