My journey began in 2014 working in residential treatment facilities with adolescent girls, where I created and facilitated life skills curricula focused on emotional regulation, self-worth, and healthy decision-making. Since then, I’ve provided therapy in a range of settings—including school-based mental health programs throughout Dayton, OH—supporting children, adolescents, and families with compassion and clinical expertise.

I am the founder and owner of A Heart to Heal Therapeutics LLC, a private practice offering high-quality therapeutic services to adults across Ohio through both telehealth and in-person sessions.

For clients seeking faith-based support, I also provide Christian Counseling, integrating biblical principles into therapy to support spiritual and emotional healing.
