Welcome,
I am glad you have found your way here. I created this space for you to feel authentically seen, to access the parts of yourself that have been ushered into hiding; that depend on strategies like compulsively-spending, masking, frenetic cleaning, schedule cramming, and perseverating on nearly anything to avoid eye-gazing with the parts of yourself and your life that make you cringe.
I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and somatic therapist, and I support millennials like you, who are experiencing burnout as a result of adulting through late-stage capitalism.
I weave integrative psychiatry + somatic coaching with the
belief that you are and will always be your own greatest healer. I am here to offer skill, clarity + tools in that company.
Through this work you will undoubtedly find more ease, pleasure, gratification + gratitude in your day to day life.

My therapy style is centered on warmth, empathy, and inclusivity. Drawing from my extensive experience working with diverse populations, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone feels heard, valued, and understood. Everyone brings unique experiences, and my goal is to ensure that our work together honors your cultural, spiritual, and personal life story.

Masako is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes in caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Taking a holistic approach to mental health, she looks beyond symptoms to explore the underlying factors that influence emotional well-being, including physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and lived experiences. More recently, Masako also completed continuing education that focused on PTSD assessment and management through the National Center for PTSD.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, cope with health challenges, navigate depression, process past traumas, and adapt to life transitions. Additionally, I assist clients in addressing addictive behaviors that may hinder personal growth and affect relationships.
My name is Angel Kammeyer and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am originally from California but have lived in Oregon since 2014. I received a Master’s Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. I also completed a B.S. in Psychology at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, OR. I have worked in various positions within the community mental health field for over ten years. And I look forward to a long career where my community members, especially people of color, veterans, women, and individuals needing a cheerleader and advocate in their corner, can receive the care that they deserve.
I believe in creating a safe space for individuals to be vulnerable, open, and honest. As we work together, I will use my skills and voice to empower you to share your narrative. Therapy is a journey and I encourage you to take things one day at a time and know that you are worthy and powerful beyond measures. I want to understand you as a person and hope that you will soon be able to see yourself for who you are and not by what society or your diagnosis tells you. Seeking mental health treatment is a big step and I want to celebrate this journey with you.
As a social worker who specializes in mental health, I truly believe that prioritizing one's mental health is an important as one's physical health.
At Prosody Mental Health, my goal is to support individuals to build skills to prosper in their neurodivergent identity. As someone who received my autism diagnosis later in life, I spent a good portion of my life believing that there was something intrinsically wrong with me. In learning about my own neurodivergence, I've learned to love the way my brain works and have built skills to unmask so I can be my authentic self.
I believe that your neurodivergence is not the problem, rather having to learn how to adapt to a world that was not built for you has added undue stress and caused you to create maladaptive coping mechanisms to survive.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Texas providing teletherapy to clients. I graduated from Portland State University with a Master’s in Social Work and have pursued extensive post-graduate training in trauma treatment, couples counseling, and ACT/DBT models. I specialize in working with folks that struggle with anxiety, depression, developmental or acute trauma, family of origin concerns, LGBTQIIA+ issues, obsessive thinking, and stress management.
