Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Portland State University in 2019, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the same institution in 2022. Areas of study included: Racial Equity in Oregon, Housing for LGBTQIAA+ Seniors in Portland, and anti-oppressive care. Alongside her academic achievements, Rebecca has completed additional post-graduate, on-the-job training in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Bipolar Disorders (I and II), and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
I’ve lived in Oregon over 20 years and have been blessed to raise my family surrounded by natural beauty. I attended graduate school at Portland State University School of Social Work where I graduated with a Master of Social Work degree. I’ve previously specialized in providing services to individuals and families who have survived family violence, abuse and sexual violence. My main practice involves serving individuals in my rural Oregon community who may be experiencing crisis. While this work is exciting and always different, I also enjoy providing clinical therapy with a variety of clients. I believe therapy should be a collaborative partnership focused on the unique goals of each client. My hope is to provide clients with the tools they need to improve daily functioning, and return to a better quality of life.
If you're feeling stuck, challenged, or noticing yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many people reach a point where they feel unsure about how to move forward or how to live in a way that feels more aligned with who they truly are. Together, we can work through these burdens and begin exploring what may be keeping you from experiencing the life you want. If you're not sure what your goals are or what might be preventing you from moving forward, that is a perfectly valid place to begin—or continue—your path toward change, clarity, and healing.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that firmly believes in personalized and whole-person care. I am a neurodivergent therapist that loves to work with other neurodivergent people. I have been practicing therapy since 2019. I have worked in schools as well as working in a group therapy practice.
I practice primarily from a Gestalt therapy orientation that is humanistic, holistic, and experiential. I also integrate cognitive behavioral, somatic, and internal family systems strategies as needed. I approach therapy collaboratively, with the assumption that you are the expert of your experiences and my role is to guide you toward increased awareness, insight, and behavior integration in order to make meaningful changes that meet your goals. I believe psychotherapy is a powerful tool for achieving self-understanding, reducing distress, and relieving symptoms.
As a triple board-certified nurse practitioner ( nurse midwife, family practitioner, and mental health), I believe that caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. I have many years of experience in the perinatal mental health field, but I enjoy caring for all walks of life. I currently care for clients aged 10-65 for many conditions, including depression, anxiety, mood/bipolar, PTSD, and perinatal disorders, among others.
