As a graduate of Regent University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am trained to provide professional care for diagnosable symptoms, but my view and approach holds that people are able to be their best self by experiencing their own inner healing and through healthy relationships. My clinical training included serving in a group foster home for teens and working in two group private practices. I have helped improve lives with a wide range of clients, including self-harming adolescents. Helping couples deepen their bond and reduce conflict has been my private practice passion since 2020; I have training across multiple modalities, including EFT, Gottman, IFS, RLT and Brainspotting. Within couples or individual therapy, I regularly help clients process difficult experiences and developmental trauma.
