I am a licensed therapist in Texas for the past 8 years and my work has been in a variety of setting: Non profits working with the victims of abuse, clients suffering with addiction, trauma work and clients with depression, anxiety .

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Colorado and Texas, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington, with years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. I'm based in Fort Collins, CO and work with clients virtually — so you can connect with me from wherever you feel most at ease. I accept several major insurance plans and am currently welcoming new clients.
