Hello!! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's of Education in Counseling and Development, focusing on Marriage, Couples, and Family therapy. Therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I am passionate about helping a broad spectrum of individuals and couples build healthier relationships, navigate life's many challenges, and building a connection with yourself through a compassionate, client-centered approach.
I am a Los Angeles native with a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s in Social Work, I’ve spent the past 10 years doing work I genuinely love. I bring both real‐world perspective and clinical experience into the therapy space—with a little humor along the way. I’m excited to offer a safe, affirming place where we can process together and work toward your ideal goals.
Catherine Williams, PMHNP-BC. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Texas telehealth). As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that supports each individual’s journey toward stability, healing, and lasting wellness. I integrate both medical and therapeutic perspectives to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—with clinical expertise and genuine empathy.
I strive to create a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, or major life transitions, I work collaboratively with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that empowers growth and promotes meaningful, sustained emotional well-being.
I’m Christina Reyes, LPC, and I provide a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy. I specialize in:
Feeling stuck in anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges? Struggling with mood swings, emotional regulation, or past trauma? I help teens and adults build coping strategies, emotional clarity, and healthier connections with themselves and others.
As a mom myself who has been through the ups and downs of postpartum and trying to juggle it all, I know how much we can get pushed to the back burner. I eventually overcame the feeling of always being behind and neglecting myself, which is where I found a passion in helping other women reclaim their lives and be their happiest selves. I sought to create a safe space for women to come and spend an hour each week prioritizing themselves and bettering their lives.
Teresa Lyons, M.Ed., LPC, is a caring mental health professional and community advocate with over 25 years in education and more than 30 years in ministry. She has a heart for helping people find hope and healing as they navigate grief, chronic illness, and life’s challenges. Teresa specializes in academic, emotional, and spiritual care and is passionate about walking alongside others with compassion, encouragement, and wisdom. “I chose to become a counselor because of the impact counseling had on me as a young adult. At a time when I struggled to find purpose, value, and self-love, my counselor offered compassionate yet firm guidance that left a lasting mark on my life. That experience inspired me to dedicate my work to helping others discover hope, healing, and their own sense of worth.”
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. I aim to create a safe, collaborative, and grounded space from the beginning. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in complex and developmental trauma.
I support clients in integrating their spiritual and cultural values into therapy when desired and clinically appropriate. I was born in New Orleans and bring a culturally informed perspective shaped by my Latina, Indigenous, Christian, and Sephardic Jewish backgrounds.
I became a therapist because I have a deep commitment to helping people recognize and build their own strengths, especially during periods of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I understand that seeking support takes courage, and I work to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process.
I earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) and PhD from Tulane University, as well as a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Louisiana and Texas, and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota. I also hold a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Prevention Professional (LPP), and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
You should know that I truly care about who you are, not just the symptoms you’re experiencing. I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve ever felt judged, misunderstood, or dismissed in the past. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected from the very first conversation.
I approach every person with compassion, patience, and curiosity. I take the time to understand your story, your stressors, and what matters most to you, so your care is never one-size-fits-all. I believe healing happens best when you feel supported and involved in your treatment, and I see our work as a true partnership.
I am committed to using evidence-based practices while also honoring your lived experience. Whether we are focusing on medication, coping strategies, or long-term growth, I will always be honest, supportive, and collaborative.
Above all, you should know that you are not alone here, and your well-being is my priority.
Hi, I’m Sasheen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a unique background in both mental health and nursing. Since 2022, I’ve worked with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and complex stressors. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you — not one-size-fits-all.
I earned my Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and Substance Misuse from University of Texas at Arlington, and I’ve also been a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 2012. With over a decade of healthcare experience, I bring a holistic perspective to therapy — understanding both the emotional and physical aspects of well-being.
