My name is Holly Bowling and I am a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I started my nursing career in 2012 after graduating from Ball State University. I have had the opportunity to work in many disciplines where I was able to utilize my knowledge and skills required to provide for those with mental health issues, specifically, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, allowing me the opportunity to continue pursuing my career, in mental health.
My areas of expertise are family, social and interpersonal conflict, parenting, depression, anxiety, sexual identity concerns, academic challenges, anger issues, low self-confidence, esteem and past traumatic experiences. Other areas of expertise include intimate partner violence, LGBTQ, women's issues, grief, romantic relationship issues and stress.

Hi, I'm Lauren. I've been working as a therapist and mental health advocate for the past 9 years and I received my license in 2023. My specialty is working with young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, women, and survivors of trauma. I do have extensive experience working with children and adolescents as well.
My training and expertise cover working with the following: ADHD, anxiety disorders, sexual trauma, mood disorders (including depression), and PTSD.
Some common topics I specialize in include: relationship and family concerns, low motivation, social anxiety, anger, domestic violence, childhood trauma, grief, negative body/self image, gender identity, and managing life transitions such as moving, job loss, and break-ups.

My clinical background includes work with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, foster care youth, and individual navigating high-stress life transitions.
As a bilingual therapist (English and Haitian Creole), I am especially passionate about supporting individuals and families within multicultural communities where mental health may be misunderstood or stigmatized.
