Symptoms of anxiety and depression can leave us feeling stuck and alone. They can stop us from enjoying day-to-day activities, living the life we want and may have a negative impact on our relationships. Thoughts and feelings related to anxiety and depression often make us feel like we aren't good enough, worried, afraid and stuck. We may experience physical symptoms of anxiety (pounding heart, difficulty breathing, etc.) that can leave us feeling terrified and wondering, "What is going on with me?". Constantly feeling tense, exhausted, stressed, worried and disconnected does not have to be your normal.
Imagine how it would feel to be free from anxiety and depression. I will teach you the brain science behind anxiety. You can become an expert in greatly reducing and managing symptoms of anxiety and depression. You will learn how to become a master in silencing that inner critic.
