I have 30 years of experience of helping those with those who have mental health, addictions and relationship problems. I am honored to help all who seek help with any of these issues. I help clients find solutions in a safe and non-judgmental place.

I've spent over 21 years helping people navigate some of life's toughest situations — substance use, trauma, domestic violence, anger, and the kind of challenges that make it hard to see a way forward. I spent the last decade working in court-ordered programs with clients who didn't choose to be in therapy, and I got them to stay. First thing I tell every client: I am your advocate. I'm real, I'm relatable, and yes, I will make you laugh! I'm a seasoned Black woman from New York City, and my NYC energy definitely comes through. Clients describe me as someone who can break through that wall of resistance many people walk in with and I'm proud of that.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and believe healing begins in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to create meaningful change while building resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, mood disorders, and other emotional or behavioral challenges.

As a bilingual English-Spanish provider, I am passionate about improving access to high-quality mental health care for diverse communities and creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language they know best. Tiffany Schillaci graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice as well as a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the State of Florida. Ms. Schillaci has a range of experience working with clients from diverse groups and providing clinical interventions to best meet the individual needs of each client. She has many years of experience working with the homeless population, clients with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders as well as implementing crisis intervention modalities. Ms. Schillaci began her career as a Behavioral Health Technician and also provided case management services for a non-profit organization that specializes in special immunology, substance abuse, trauma, and mental health services.

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and proud U.S. Army veteran committed to helping adults find balance and healing. I provide evidence-based, compassionate care for anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. My goal is to create a calm, respectful environment where every client—veteran or civilian—feels seen, supported, and understood. I combine medication management with practical coping strategies and therapy-informed guidance to promote lasting well-being.

I am Ramon Recio, a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than thirty years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most difficult chapters. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and completed doctoral coursework in Counselor Education and Supervision. My career has spanned community mental health centers, hospital systems, and private practice in both New York City and the greater Tampa Bay area, including my current work as a Behavioral Health Psychotherapist at BayCare Behavioral Health, St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Over the years I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients: adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions; couples and families seeking to repair and strengthen their relationships; individuals in recovery from substance use; veterans; and people from culturally diverse backgrounds, including children with developmental challenges and their families. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I welcome clients who prefer to be served in either language.

Outside of credentials and titles, what I most want you to know is this: I am warm, energetic, and genuinely curious about the people I work with. I believe each person carries strengths that are often hidden beneath what they came to therapy to address, and a meaningful part of our work together will be uncovering and using those strengths. I also recognize that for many clients, spirituality, faith, or a personal sense of meaning is an important part of their lives. I am respectful of every client’s belief system and integrate that dimension only when, and how, you want it included.
