Don has 40 years in the behavior health field, originating as a Licensed Mental Health Technician working for the world-famous Menninger Clinic. Don grew in the helping professions through roles as recreation therapy aide, mental retardation technician, care coordinator and mental health liaison. These experiences ranged in breath from inpatient psychiatry, community bound programs, partial hospitalization and outpatient clinics.
