My path into this work didn’t come from one place—it came from a deep curiosity about what truly helps people change.
Early on, I was trained to support others through talk therapy, and I saw how powerful it could be to be witnessed, understood, and held in difficult moments. But over time, I began to notice that insight alone wasn’t always enough. People could understand their patterns, yet still feel stuck.
That led me to explore the body—how we carry emotion, how we hold tension, and how healing often requires more than words. Through movement, breath, and presence, I saw people begin to shift in ways that felt more real, more lasting.
And still, something felt incomplete.
There was a deeper layer—something connected to meaning, to transition, to the parts of us that don’t always have language. As I followed that thread, I found myself drawn to ceremonial and shamanic practices that honor the unseen and help give shape to profound inner change.
The Threshold Process grew out of this journey.
It’s the integration of everything I’ve come to trust: that real transformation happens when we engage the mind, the body, and the deeper parts of ourselves—within a space that is intentional, grounded, and safe.
It's amazing to meet you!

Hi, I’m Delilah, and I’m glad you’re here.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, overwhelming, or even a little awkward—and thats okay. I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in real life. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change at your own pace.
I have experience working with individuals and families through complex challenges, including homelessness, substance use, severe and chronic mental health conditions, medical conditions, life transitions, and navigating real-world problems. This work has shaped my approach to be practical, compassionate, and focused on meeting people where they are.
Additionally, I have completed extensive continuing education and specialized training to support diverse client needs. I am a certified RUBI-trained parent coach, helping caregivers build effective, connected strategies at home for children experiencing neurodivergence and behaviorally defiant behaviors through evidence-based parent support and skill development.
Also, I am an NATC-certified clinician specializing in the recovery and treatment of narcissistic abuse, supporting clients in rebuilding identity, strengthening boundaries, restoring self-trust, and creating healthier relationships.
Whether you are navigating healing, growth, parenting challenges, recovery, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a place to begin.

I have been a therapist for about twenty years and have worked with children, adolescents and adults. I most often work with clients that have anxiety, depression, adhd, mood disorders, and history of trauma.
Born and raised in a healthcare family, I grew up at the dinner table hearing about all things, medicine and healthcare. I went into the field on my own for the first time at 18 years old and have never left. My first degree is a Bachelor of Science In Applied Psychology. I then went and completed a Bachelor of Nursing followed by my Master’s in Nursing and my Post Masters Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health.
