Hi there! My name is Vesper, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. I received a Master degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient clinics, and community and human services agencies. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
The menopause season can bring unexpected emotional and mental health challenges- even for women who have never struggles with anxiety, mood changes or sleep challenges before. You may be experiencing new or intensified anxiety, anger, panic symptoms, health concerns, or a persistent sense of unease. This often feels confusing, and disruptive, to our daily living. Many women describe feeling unlike themselves and are unsure where to turn for support. It is my belief that we all have an innate resiliency to heal a wounded mind or a broken heart. Our work together aims to nurture what is already inside, to help understand your challenges and fortify your strengths.
Throughout my life, I have felt the drive to help others. My own journey with depression, psychosomatic pain, and healing further cemented my direction in and passion for this work.
In addition to IFS psychotherapy, I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical. Ketamine is a legal, safe, and effective medicine used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
My Name is Kristina and I am passionate about helping my clients lead their best lives. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working with clients with trauma, eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, and depression.
I have a multicultural background and research based approach to treatment. I utilize many therapeutic tools to create a unique healing space for each patient.
I value connection and trust. While I aim to provide a safe & encouraging space to share your narrative I also provide feedback & remain engaged in conversation throughout session. I ask that you keep an open mind & give yourself the grace & patience we all deserve throughout this journey.
Taking care of our minds is essential to living healthy, fulfilling lives. Together we can decide what a healthy mind means to you. No man is an island, I am here to help. I look forward to meeting you.
Hi, I’m Jen Palacios, a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating relationship challenges, emotional wounds, and life transitions. Many of the clients I support are working through patterns shaped by past relationships, family dynamics, or experiences of emotional abuse and are looking to better understand themselves and build healthier connections moving forward.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kean University. My work is influenced by systemic and relational therapy models, which means I look at how your experiences, relationships, and environment all shape the way you move through the world today.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding a therapist in New Jersey starts with getting clear on what you're looking for. Think about the concerns you want to address — whether that's anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, or something else — and whether you'd prefer virtual sessions or in-person visits. New Jersey is home to a wide range of licensed providers, including licensed professional counselors (LPCs), licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), psychologists, and psychiatrists, each with different training and areas of focus.
With so many providers practicing across the state, narrowing your options can take time. Reading a provider's bio is one of the most useful steps you can take. Look for details about their approach, the populations they work with, and what a session with them looks like. A free phone consultation, when available, can also help you decide if a provider feels like the right match before you commit.
Therapy in New Jersey can be expensive out of pocket, but using your in-network insurance benefits is one of the most reliable ways to bring costs down. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs before you book. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, and many patients pay as low as $0 per session depending on their coverage and location.
