Hi, I'm Arlene!
As a therapist, I possess extensive experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and assisting individuals with substance use issues. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCASA), with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families in overcoming mental health and addiction challenges. I provide an open, non-judgmental environment that allows you to connect with yourself, fostering growth, healing, and hope for the future. My aspiration is to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself.
Let's get started on this journey together!
"Welcome to my virtual couch—where breath steadies, the heart softens, and the journey unfolds, I am De'Lisa Hill, let’s walk it together.” Here, your story is met with compassion, curiosity, and clinical wisdom. Together, we’ll revive what’s been withered, rebuild what’s been worn down, reveal what’s been hidden beneath the surface, and move toward restoration with intention.
For more than 18 years, I have walked with adolescents (16-20), adults (21-90), couples, and leaders through seasons of transition, healing, and rebuilding. My approach blends clinical precision with deep compassion. Clients describe my presence as grounding, clarifying, and restorative — a space where they can exhale, be fully seen, and begin again without shame or pressure.
I help you untangle the internal knots created by stress, trauma, relational ruptures, identity confusion, and life transitions. Whether you’re navigating emotional overwhelm, burnout, marital/couples' strain, spiritual fatigue, or the quiet ache of feeling “stuck,” my role is to help you reconnect with your clarity, your agency, and your capacity to thrive.
I know how hard it is to learn to talk about difficult things. That made me want to help others learn to do the same. I started by volunteering at rape crisis and domestic violence shelters. When I was at these places I did outreach in the community and ran support groups for both. For a time, I took rape crisis hospital calls to support people who had come in for sexual assault exams. This work that taught me to be comfortable talking about anything, at any time, with anyone. I have worked with all types of individuals from ages 12 and up. My first Masters was an intensive dive into Human Rights. My second Masters was in Counseling so I could work with individuals to help them beyond the crisis moments. My passion is to help people progress towards healing.
Life has been very stressful lately. I've spoken with hundreds of people recently who are feeling at least a little stressed or down. Most people I talk with wait a long time before getting into therapy. Why continue to wait? Do you want to have a better relationship with anxiety? Are your anxious or self-critical thoughts keeping you down? Are you ready to try something new? I use a holistic approach with several research-based interventions including CBT, Heart Math, and Solution-Focused Therapy,
I earned a Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling from Wright State University in 2007. I have been practicing Mental Health Counseling for 18 years and have worked in several different settings including outpatient therapy, mobile crisis, employee assistance, department of defense, veterans and private practice.
Together, we will develop a comprehensive plan so that you can get the tools you need to help you reach your goals. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and for that I appreciate you. Please contact me to see if we're a good fit.
I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), which allows me to care for both mental and physical health in a more integrated way. I work with individuals across the lifespan and support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic symptoms, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, and stress-related challenges.
My background in both psychiatry and primary care helps me understand how closely mental health is connected to physical health, lifestyle, and overall well-being. I strive to provide care that is thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in evidence-based practice.
Hello,
My name is Keisha and I specialize in treating various issues. I appreciate the opportunity to provide my services to you. I create a safe space for my clients, free of judgement and full of understanding.
My qualifications and competence in the area of Counseling are founded on my education, work experience, and additional training in areas relating to the field of counseling. I have over five (5) years’ experience providing services to a wide range of populations including adolescents, adults and couples in school, outpatient, nonprofit, and virtual settings. My specialties include providing counseling services to adults, adolescents, and families surrounding depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, and emotional regulation.
Before I became a therapist, I spent years in the classroom as a 9th grade English teacher and school social worker, as well as in nonprofit, learning how people grow through story, creativity, and being truly seen. That background, along with a lifelong love of dance, writing, and music, shapes how I practice as an LCSW today. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, stress, and identity, and I bring the same warmth and directness I developed in education to every session. If you are looking for a therapist who will be both a steady presence and an honest thinking partner, I would love to connect.
When you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from carrying everything on your own, it can be difficult to know where to start. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, and other life challenges who are seeking meaningful, lasting change and a greater sense of balance and well-being.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout North Carolina via Telehealth, offering a supportive space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, build on your strengths, and work toward the life you want to create. You don’t have to navigate all of this on your own. If you’re ready for support and a space to feel heard, I’m here to help you take the next step.
It has been a privilege to provide psychotherapy to a variety of clients for over 20 years. I have advanced clinical training in trauma, addictions, sexual abuse, mood and personality disorders, and relationships. My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and encouraging. I provide support as you examine core issues and change underlying patterns of behavior or simply gain perspective concerning a recent issue.
