I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a background in trauma-informed care, neurodivergence, and complex relational dynamics. I work primarily with adults and older teens who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or exhausted from holding it all together.
My work is informed by training in Brainspotting, DBT, OCD, attachment-based therapy, and somatic approaches, alongside traditional talk therapy. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, ADHD, identity exploration, LGBTQIA+, emotional regulation, and relationship stress. I also work with clients navigating burnout, life transitions, and the long-term impact of childhood or relational trauma.
I value therapy that is honest, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment, and I tailor my work to each client’s needs, capacity, and goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
In addition to my clinical training, I’ve completed extensive continuing education in trauma-informed care, addiction treatment, grief work, and other evidence-based practices. I also incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and heal from distressing, painful, or overwhelming experiences in a safe and supported way.
My goal is to provide a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as they move through both healing and change
I became a graduate of Youngstown State University’s Mater of Social Work program while working full-time in mental health crisis intervention (think 9-8-8 hotline). Aside from crisis, I have several years of experience working with adults through individual work. I am a firm believer that all individuals deserve access to the care they need and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect by those who provide it. My therapeutic approach pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
