As a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and build a life worth celebrating.
I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families understand and resolve current challenges by exploring the long-standing patterns and perceptions that may be holding you back.
By integrating complementary therapy techniques, I provide a supportive space to work through difficult situations and move toward a more fulfilling future."
It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help! Showing up that first time may be the hardest part of the journey. Being someone who has sat in that chair, I have a good idea how you are feeling. Being someone who has done her own personal work of therapy and helped hundreds of others with theirs, I also know how much better life can be! The emotional wounds may be heavy and the burden of experiences may seem like there is nothing that can be done to make it better. Medication may help, but the feelings can make living feel like swimming with a shot put ball. As a therapist, I strive to come alongside those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and bereavement to provide support and understanding, education and encouragement. I have worked with clients from age 5 to 103, and what I have found to be most important is the connection (or the “fit”) of the therapist and client. You need a therapist you can bring your authentic self to. You are hiring me to do a job, to help you think, feel, and behave better. You will be best served if we have a good connection. I want that for you, even if it is not me, so never be afraid to interview a few therapists before deciding! After all, if it is me, I will be in your corner and I will challenge you, at the same time. You want to know you chose wisely for yourself.
I value creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy and curiosity, exploring how personal history and lived experiences shape both conscious and unconscious patterns that influence present-day behavior, relationships, and emotional well-being. I enjoy helping clients gain deeper insight into themselves while supporting growth, healing, and lasting change. I am a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, where I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.
I am a Doctor of Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training in trauma-informed care. I support individuals in building self-determination and addressing maladaptive thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and depression.
Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Hola, me alegro estás aquí. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma who works with individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, substance use, and family-related challenges.
If life feels overwhelming, relationships feel strained, or past experiences are still affecting your present, you don’t have to carry that alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to better understand what’s going on and create meaningful change.
My goal is to help you feel safer, stronger, and more in control of your life moving forward.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, relaxed space where you are in control. My approach is laid back and client-led, allowing you to dictate the direction of your therapy based on what feels most important to you. I don’t come in with a rigid agenda or a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, I’m here to listen, support, and gently guide you as you work toward the areas of growth and healing you want to focus on. Together, we’ll move at your pace, building insight, skills, and confidence in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
My background began in education and school counseling. Now I enjoy private and agency counseling with all ages.
I have worked with children 3 and up as well as adults. I'm available for virtual therapy and will have an office site in 2026.
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or emotional challenges begin affecting how you show up at home, in school, at work, or with the people you care about most. You may feel exhausted from carrying difficult experiences on your own, unsure how to move forward, or frustrated that the same struggles continue showing up despite your best efforts. Therapy offers a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I help women, adolescents, and adults who feel overwhelmed by grief, anxiety, or life transitions feel more grounded and confident by building on their strengths and creating practical tools for change.
You may be moving through a loss, overthinking everything, or adjusting to a new season that feels harder than expected. A relationship shift, parenthood, a career change, or stepping into new responsibilities can leave you feeling unsteady. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with what helps you feel like yourself again.
