I am best suited for working with women experiencing life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, work/relationship/motherhood balance, and impacts of trauma. Many women are on autopilot, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, depleted, and burnt out. I integrate somatic practices such as EMDR (trauma healing) and yoga into therapy, recognizing the importance of the mind-body connection in healing.
I have been working in the mental health field for many years and have had the privilege of supporting individuals through many of life’s challenges. Over time, I have seen firsthand the stressors and unexpected difficulties that life can bring. While we cannot always prevent these challenges—because life will continue to be life—we can learn healthier ways to cope, grow, and move forward.
My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop practical tools, and gain insight into the patterns that may be affecting your well-being. I am here to offer guidance, encouragement, and support as we work together toward your goals and toward creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and manageable.
As your therapist, I bring several years of experience supporting individuals and families through crisis, healing, and transformation. My background spans emergency departments, inpatient care, child welfare, hospice, and community mental health—each setting has shaped my trauma-informed, solution-focused, and client-centered approach.
Hi, I’m Ariel. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and change even when life's challenges make that difficult to see. I've found that healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and empowered - and therapy should be a place where you don’t have to hold it all together alone.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I firmly believe that prioritizing mental health is essential for achieving happiness and stability in life. I understand that seeking help can be one of the toughest steps to take, so I want to applaud you for making that choice!
I have dedicated over 11 years to the mental health field, and I transitioned into my current role about two years ago.
I’m a licensed therapist with 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build fulfilling lives.
I earned my degree from Columbia University. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety, working collaboratively with my clients to understand their unique experiences and develop practical strategies for growth and healing.
Great to meet you!
As a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 25 years, but in the last decade, have shifted my main focus to diagnostic evaluations and treatment of ADD/ADHD and Ketamine Assisted Therapy for adults aged 18-65 who are struggling with depression, anxiety and attention deficit disorders.
My goal as a Psychologist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to create a safe, affirming and collaborative space for individuals to explore the complexities of life. Therapy can be a daunting experience; therefore, I like to meet people where they are at in their therapy journey.
