If you're struggling with grief, life changes, the state of the world, or big existential questions, I may be a good fit for you. I have 20 years of experience treating people across the lifespan.
From time to time, we all feel unsure or confused about who we are or would like to become, or feel disconnected, lonely, isolated, or as if we don't fit in. It's natural to look around you and feel a deep sense of anxiety about the past, present, or future. Existential crises are a part of life (especially nowadays!), but you don't have to face them alone.
Welcome! I am a holistic, integrative therapist specializing in anxiety, depression and PTSD. I believe it is important to look at your wellness from all aspects and like to consider your nutrition, sleep, activity and environmental factors when creating a treatment plan. If you are ready to do the work to change current patterns and/or tackle the things that are holding you back, I would love to support you on your journey.
My background as a recreation therapist and licensed clinical social worker has afforded me the opportunity to serve the Spokane community for 15+ years. I am also an Emdria trained EMDR therapist. I feel every person is unique and I do not subscribe to a “one size fits all” approach.
I have a MSW from the University of Washington and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
I have an unrestricted license to independently practice as a social worker in both the states of Washington and California.
My clinical training is in motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, suicide assessment, and a strengths-based approach.
I am professionally trained in Intergroup Dialogue facilitation, providing clinical supervision for social workers, as well as EDI strategy.
My professional background involves many years working in the medical field; in hospital and clinical settings. I have experience working with neurodivergences; both professionally and personally. I also have a wide range of experience and education working with grief/loss/hospice, struggles with depression/anxiety/relationship issues/self-worth and in setting healthy boundaries.
I have a degree in psychology and a master’s in social work from Portland State University. I am licensed in WA and OR. I have over 15 years experience. My career has included mental health for children and families, adults, and medical social work. My recent specialty is hospice care, end of life issues, and grief. I believe that the relationship we build together is essential to your progress and growth. We will work together to make sure you feel connection and trust in our work.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right therapist in Washington starts with getting clear on what you're looking for. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or another challenge, look for a licensed provider — such as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or psychologist — who has experience with your specific needs. Reading a provider's bio can give you a sense of their style and approach before you reach out.
Washington is a large state, and access to mental health care can vary depending on where you live. Virtual therapy makes it possible to connect with a licensed provider from anywhere in the state, whether you're in downtown Seattle or a more rural area. Many providers on Headway offer both in-person and virtual sessions, so you can choose what works best for your schedule and location.
Therapy in Washington can be costly out of pocket, but using your in-network insurance benefits is one of the most straightforward ways to reduce what you pay per session. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated costs before you book. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, and your out-of-pocket cost may be as low as $0 per session — though costs vary based on your specific plan and location.
