Reclaim Your True Self.....You look like you have it together, but inside, something feels off. You give too much, lose your voice, and repeat the same relationship patterns, even when you see it happening. This often comes from emotionally unavailable relationships and years of people-pleasing. You’re not broken, you’re caught in a deeper pattern. I help women break these cycles, reconnect with themselves, and create lasting, embodied change.
My mindfulness-based therapeutic practice integrates a body-centered approach with Buddhist psychological models. Bringing awareness to the present moment in each session supports the observation of thoughts and impulses in real time as they come up. We’ll collaborate as we gain a deeper and more subtle understanding and felt-sense of the unfolding patterns that appear. Cultivating a relationship based on trust and open communication is the foundation of my compassionate and direct method.
Have you been carrying more than you feel you can hold right now? I'm currently welcoming new clients and would love to support you. I work exclusively with women navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, and my heart is especially drawn to those moments when life feels too heavy to carry alone. Whether you're processing a loss, feeling stuck in old patterns, or searching for a deeper sense of peace, you've come to the right place. I've spent the last four years walking alongside women through some of their hardest chapters, and I bring both warmth and real-life relatability to every session.

I have worked for University of Texas schools as well as for the University of Alabama. While working in the UT system schools I helped with veterans issues and transition to civilian life. During Covid I provided counseling for military families and first responders.
