Hi! My name is Amelia and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than nine years of experience supporting individuals, women, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, parental stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.

I also have a growing professional interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and families, which has been shaped by both personal experience and additional clinical training focused on autism and neurodivergence.
