Welcome! My name is Arianna. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have extensive experience supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and life adjustments. I provide a calm, grounded space to help you navigate your current chapter with clarity and purpose. I believe in helping individuals come to terms with their current circumstances while also supporting your capacity to pursue meaningful change and personal transformation.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or the weight of daily life. Many of my clients come in wanting clarity, stability, and someone steady to talk to. I offer a calm space to slow down, understand what’s going on, and feel more grounded. If life has felt heavy or unmanageable, you don’t have to sort through it alone.
Hi! I’m Lisa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 12 years of experience in the school setting. I am also a wife to a first responder and a mom of 2. I offer individual therapy for teens and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout and the general overwhelm that can come with everyday life. I have a special interest in supporting educators, first responder families and parents who feel stretched too thin. If your mind moves quickly, your to-do list never ends, or you often feel behind no matter how hard you try - you are not alone!
Choosing the right provider is a big step, and I'm here to offer a unique blend of expertise and genuine support. I'm a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and a Certified Advanced Practice Addictions Nurse. What does this mean for you? It means I can offer truly integrated care, understanding how your physical and mental health are connected, and providing specialized support for addiction.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with adolescents and young adults to find meaning and purpose while working through the mental barriers that have created challenges in their lives. I specialize in working with adolescents, addictions, men's issues, depression and anxiety.
I have been practicing since 2012, after being clinically trained at Loyola University Chicago, where I spent extensive time working with both adolescents and adults.
I have been helping clients globally with a variety of issues in my core areas of expertise, including addiction, mood disorders, and identity issues.
I am also certified in Financial Social Work, bridging my passions for personal finance and emotional well-being.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a CADC. Therapy is my second career—I retired from nursing after 30 years, and my work in mental health is the continuation of what I’ve always valued: helping people move from illness to wellness, with care, structure, and real support.
I graduated from George Williams College and continued my education through Aurora University to strengthen my clinical foundation. I’m also a certified grief professional counselor, and I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate loss, transitions, and the emotions that come with grief.
I recently received approval for my doctorate in theology, and I will be graduating in May. My approach honors your story and supports healing in a way that aligns with your values—whether you’re looking for faith-informed guidance or focused mental health support.
My therapy room is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself. You can show up, fully and authentically, without the need to code-switch or justify your experiences. Our sessions are a dedicated time for you to be heard and understood without judgment.
If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, frustrated, or weighed down by self-doubt, you don’t have to sort through it alone. For over 20 years, I’ve helped individuals, couples, and families work through anxiety, conflict, anger, and self-esteem challenges. I’m an LCSW with an MSW from the University of Maryland at Baltimore.
My name is Glen Alan Ensinger. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I lived in Colorado for over one year and was licensed last March. I have been licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois since 2002. I have provided crisis counseling and domestic violence counseling for perpetrators and victims. I completed my master's degree at Western Illinois University which included a practicum and internship at White Oaks in Peoria, Illinois. This is a substance abuse program. I have worked at a school for children with behavioral problems and also have provided counseling and crisis services at a community mental health center. For approximately 10 years I was on clinical staff for the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois where I provided counseling services for clients in the HIV program. I worked over 8 years at the 9th Judicial Court in Illinois as a court services therapist. I have a private practice that includes working for programs that helped children either get adopted or return home from the foster care program (or help parents get the children returned to them). My primary work has been with families, couples and children. I use dialectical behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and general Rogerian therapy to help people live more successful lives.
I have over 3 decades of experience working in the fields of mental health and social work. I work with youth, adults, and couples who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, and school refusal.
I have spent my career learning and translating theories into practice with individuals, families, couples, and groups. For the last few years, I've gained deeper knowledge working with trauma, anxiety, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ population.
