As an artist and art therapist, I believe that creativity comes in many forms. It is my goal to help every individual create a peaceful home environment be it through art or therapy. Being a visual artist means being able to make simple shapes and lines and help them evolve into another form. Art therapy uses lines, shapes and colors to help one heal. How an individual choses to manipulate those various tools determines the final outcome.
I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges, alongside a wide range of life stressors and mental health concerns. I work best with clients who are motivated for growth and open to meaningful change, even when the process feels difficult. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day stress, stuck in long-standing emotional patterns, or struggling to heal from past experiences that continue to impact their present lives. In our work together, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore what you're going through

Searching for therapists in Oak Brook starts with knowing what kind of support fits your needs. Therapists often list experience with concerns like anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and work stress. Oak Brook is a smaller market, so local in-person openings may vary by schedule and location. Virtual therapy can expand your options across Illinois while still letting you choose a therapist licensed to provide care in the state. You may want to compare appointment availability, whether a therapist is accepting new patients, and whether they offer a free phone consultation. Reading profiles before booking can also help you understand each therapist’s communication style and what sessions may look like.
Therapy in Oak Brook can be a significant cost without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and understand what you may pay before your first appointment. Headway makes it easier to search for therapists who accept a wide range of insurance plans, review estimated out-of-pocket costs, and book directly when you’re ready.
