Hello, thanks for stopping by. I’m here to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can finally start to feel understood. I know life can be complicated, especially when you're navigating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, or Autism. My goal is to help you (or your child, age 5+) manage these challenges and discover a path toward feeling more at ease and confident.
What Makes Working With Me Different? My journey to becoming a counselor didn't start in an office; it started the day I was born. Growing up as one of eleven children, I was fortunate to have many siblings with special needs—including siblings with Autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and Learning Disabilities. This taught me something invaluable: true, deep patience, kindness, and compassion.
For over 20 years, I honed this understanding as both a High School Counselor and Special Education teacher.
Since I offer teletherapy only, you can start your journey to feeling better from the comfort of your own home. Our first session together is simple: it’s all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you here, your goals, and what a "good day" looks like for you. It’s a low-pressure conversation where you can feel safe and heard.

My path to psychiatric care is a little different from most. I spent over a decade as an Obstetrics Nurse before transitioning into psychiatric mental health — and that background deeply shapes how I show up for my clients. I understand the weight of life transitions, the complexity of the mind-body connection, and the importance of feeling truly supported. Now, as a PMHNP, I bring that same compassionate, whole-person perspective to mental health care.

As a licensed mental health professional, I believe that prioritizing our mental and emotional well-being is the foundation of a sustainable and healthy life. Over the past ten years in this field, one thing I’ve consistently learned is that simply having someone to talk to can be one of the most challenging parts of the therapeutic process.
I am here to offer safety, empathy, and practical strategies that support you in thriving the way you desire
