My goal is to provide a safe nonjudgmental space to help you work through what brings you here. I recognize that each person has a unique path to healing that is not for me to define but instead to use my clinical knowledge as a guide. Together we can find the tools that empower you to be your own best healer.
Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I support clients in building confidence and navigating life in ways that feel true to themselves and sustainable. My work centers around trauma and neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, late-diagnosed autism, and PTSD as well as anxiety and stress management and general life transitions. My approach is client-centered and neurodiversity-affirming, and I lean towards a comfortable, casual conversation style of talk therapy.

I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and hold my clinical licensure in the state of North Carolina. I have spent much of my career serving those at end of life and also have experience assisting caregivers, those in transitional phases of life, and those who are bereaved. As a mother, I am invested in the wellness of all mothers and women and feel deep appreciation for the way mothers show up for countless others before themselves. I look forward to learning how I can walk alongside you in this journey.
