I specialize in trauma therapy for adults, with extensive experience supporting survivors of sexual violence and other traumatic experiences. If you’ve been through something overwhelming, it can feel like a fog has settled over you, affecting every part of your life. You might find yourself overthinking, being on edge, shutting down, or feeling numb, even when you want to feel present and connected. Many people I work with feel stuck in this space and are unsure how to move forward. Together, we’ll work to understand and process your emotions, thoughts, and past experiences so they no longer hold the same power over you.

I have served people in my local outpatient community, inpatient (medical as well as psychiatric), in the state hospital, intensive outpatient programs, and more. I am also happy and very comfortable working alongside people with developmental disabilities, those on the neurodivergent spectrum, and those that are a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
