I work with individuals who are navigating stress, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and past experiences that continue to impact the present. I work with motivated individuals who are balancing a lot and want to feel more grounded and fulfilled.
Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile, and congratulations on taking the first steps in trying to find the right therapist for you! Should you choose to work with me you'll learn plenty more about me, but to hit the highlights: I spent the first half of my career and vocational life working in non-profit management and fundraising before becoming a therapist. I'm divorced and have 50/50 custody with my co-parent of our two delightful children (11 & 13). I love nature, soccer, and cooking!
I work with couples and individuals 21+, and have a particular interest and passion in working with folks (whether individually or as a couple, friends, or members of a family) suffering from CPTSD, complicated grief, and significant attachment and developmental trauma.
Hello! A little bit about me...
My name is Holly Tudor, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Richmond, Virginia. I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field and hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including acute, in-home, residential, and outpatient environments. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families, and have extensive training in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
Welcome! I'm a licensed therapist in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. I have experience working with teens, adults, and families coping with symptoms of anxiety and depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, PTSD, and difficult life transitions to find healthy ways to overcome the issues they are facing.
I work mainly with college-aged individuals, and specialize in working with individuals from adolescence to early adulthood who struggle with feeling that they are too much or not enough, who have been affected by trauma, and around issues relating to identity, attachment, grief, dysregulated emotions, self-esteem, and relational conflicts.
