I believe that healing happens best in a space that feels both professional and human. With over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable children, families, and adults, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people navigate their most challenging seasons—specializing in substance use recovery and child and adolescent mental health.
My background is rooted in a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware and an MSW from West Chester University. While my training prepared me to navigate complex medical and educational systems like school IEP/504 meetings, disciplinary boards, hospital teams, and the foster care system, my real-world experience has taught me that every individual and family needs a unique, compassionate approach.
I’m a firm believer that the world needs more laughter, and that therapy doesn't always have to feel heavy. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually painting or glued to a good book. I believe that therapy, much like art, is a process of creation and discovery, and I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based, and stigma-free care to support healing and lasting growth. Where an atmosphere of non-judgement exists, lies comfort for one to explore themselves. Mindfulness-based, CBT best describes my style. I value open-mindedness and also feel it is important to address how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Training and education in Community Mental Health from Wilmington University launched a two decade long mission for me to explore the field of psychology and help others to optimize the quality of their life.
