experience as an APRN, RN, and physician, and recent completion of my PMHNP training, I bring a

strong clinical background and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

I got my start working in a residential setting, supporting people through serious mental health challenges, trauma, and addiction. That experience shaped how I see therapy, it’s not just clinical, it’s about feeling understood and not alone in what you’re going through. I now work with people dealing with things like trauma, emotional ups and downs, and substance use, and I’m trained in EMDR. While I have experience with more intense situations, I also work with people who feel stuck, reactive, or disconnected and want to understand why.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals feel more connected to themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. My background includes training in trauma-informed care, attachment-based therapy, and holistic approaches that consider both the mind and body. I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship dynamics, self-esteem, life transitions, and patterns rooted in early experiences.

I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and feel both supported and gently challenged. I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Lifespan Development and a minor in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University, and went on to complete my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida.

My background includes working with children, teens, and families in both educational and therapeutic settings, as well as most recently supporting individuals and groups in addiction and recovery programs. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through Florida Atlantic University and integrate evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and strengths-based strategies. My clinical interests include supporting clients through persistent depression and anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and identity exploration. I also welcome partners and families into therapy, believing that healing and growth often take shape within our most important relationships.

Mental health is apart of us all! Jessica Herron is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She started her career as a registered nurse on a progressive coronary unit at age of 21, where she learned mental health is at the core of healing. She obtained her masters degree in 2010, specializing in psychiatric care. She has worked many diverse areas: community, inpatient, crisis, dual diagnosis, detox, emergency room; from children to geriatic and dementia related behaviors. Her passion is to lesson the stigma associated with mental health across the lifespan and normalize a bad day. When she is not serving her community, she enjoys time with her husband and 2 young children; the youngest a heart transplant warrior and indulging in a decadent cupcake.

Hi there, I'm Dr. Nadeem, a Board Certified Psychiatrist. I was trained at Ivy League and prestigious institutions, completing my residency at Cornell University and my fellowship at Brown University. Over the years, I've cared for patients across a wide range of settings including inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison psychiatry, and more recently as a tele-health Psychiatrist. I've also had the privilege of teaching medical students along the way, which deepened my belief that truly good psychiatric care starts with truly listening.
