I am very familiar with grief and find fulfillment in helping clients process major life changes and transitions. If clients are open, I incorporate spiritual understanding and meaning-making. As an LMFT, I love to assist clients in improving communication with others, especially loved ones, or to assist in boundary-setting strategies.
