I am a licensed clinical social worker and master addiction counselor with over 27 years experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we problem solve to better understand options and help shift towards the life you want to create.

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or substance use challenges begin affecting your relationships, daily functioning, and overall well-being. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, struggling to cope with painful experiences, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, substance use concerns, stress management challenges, ADHD, anger management issues, cultural and ethnic identity concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or overwhelmed by life's demands. Together, we'll create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop healthier ways of coping.
