I received my master’s degree from Columbia University in the City of New York and am an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, with over 25 years of clinical experience. I would describe myself as energetic, empathic, and positive, with a good sense of humor. I believe in a client-centered approach and am committed to meeting my clients where they are in their lives. I am fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese.
Hi, I’m Taylor—I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel like a place where you can breathe and be yourself. Clients often tell me they open up with me about things they’ve never shared before. I’m warm, friendly, a good listener, and always real. If you’ve ever felt like you had to hold everything in or pretend you’re “fine,” this is a space where you don’t have to do that.
I primarily work with adults (18+), and I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, PTSD, Mood Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Personality Disorders. I also support people who are navigating identity, self-discovery, emotional overwhelm, and rebuilding life after difficult or painful chapters.
I was born and raised in Brazil. When I was 16 years old I moved to Boston Massachusetts, where I discovered my passion for Mental Health. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree focusing on Mental Health Counseling from Salem State University.
I have been working as a Counselor for the past 3 years, I have experience working with Individuals struggling with severe mental health issues and individuals looking to better understand themselves.
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to consider working with me. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been in the Mental Health and Substance Use field for 21 years. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of issues. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, substance use, Men's issues, and relationship stress. Hello!
I proudly bring lived experience to the table, so I know a different life than comes in textbooks. It increases my odds of understanding you better and of being able to develop unique strategies for you in a shorter amount of time. I've wanted to work in mental health since I was a child, and bring that enthusiasm to my work. Hope to see you soon.
Through the world of therapy, I hope to bring more education and support to pregnant and postpartum people. My style of counseling is positive, person-centered and solution-focused. I believe that the most important part of perinatal mental health is prevention; entering into therapy prior to or during pregnancy is the most effective way to process birth and postpartum. I will provide a safe and soothing environment for all of my clients to work through their identified needs. I also have training in working with college-aged students and specifically athletes. I am licensed in both MA and CT.
I believe it is important to establish therapy for moms to be and received continued support through pregnancy and postpartum. I also work with moms who experienced miscarriages and infant loss. I am also able to support college students through early adulthood transitions, sports and relationships.
If you are in the beginning stages of planning for a family or you are postpartum, I am here to support you through these transitions. I also have extensive work with family systems so even older children and parenting support. Currently I am working on an athletic college campus so I am opening private practice to college students as well.
As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe that mental well-being is foundational to living a fulfilling and connected life. Taking the step to begin therapy can be challenging, and I commend you for making that choice. Over the course of my career in college and community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate substance use, addiction, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with motivation. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free environment where growth and healing can take root.
Struggling with insomnia, anxiety, or depression? Together, we'll build practical skills to help you sleep better, break unhelpful patterns, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful. I'm a goal-focused therapist who believes lasting change happens one step at a time. Progress isn't about perfection—it's about continuing to move forward, one step at a time.

Headway helps you stay on track with expert-guided support for ADHD — from finding the right therapist or psychiatrist, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding ADHD therapists in Lexington starts with deciding what kind of support you want. Therapy for ADHD may focus on executive function skills, cognitive behavioral therapy for ADHD, emotional regulation strategies, or support with school, work, and relationships. Medication management is a separate type of care, usually provided by a psychiatrist or other qualified prescriber. Some people look for therapy, some look for ADHD psychiatry, and some use both. If you’re searching for adult ADHD support, pediatric ADHD care, ADHD counseling, or a psychologist for ADHD, look for a therapist whose listed specialties and bio match your needs.
Lexington is a smaller market, so local in-person ADHD therapy options may be more limited than in nearby Boston-area communities. Virtual appointments can expand your choices while still letting you work with a therapist licensed in Massachusetts. ADHD often overlaps with concerns like anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep difficulties, so it helps to look for someone with experience across those areas. As you compare therapists, review availability, scheduling flexibility, whether they offer a free phone consultation, and how they describe their approach in their profile.
Therapy in Lexington can be a significant investment without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and make ongoing care more affordable. Headway makes it easier to find ADHD therapists who are accepting new patients, see whether they take your insurance, and view estimated out-of-pocket costs before you book. You can browse therapist bios, compare virtual and in-person options, and book directly when you’re ready.
If you're already taking psychiatric medication and considering switching providers, talk to your current prescriber before changing or stopping any medication — most psychiatric medications shouldn't be stopped abruptly. Anyone experiencing thoughts of self-harm or in acute crisis should call 988 or go to the nearest emergency department rather than wait for an outpatient appointment.
