Life doesn't come with a roadmap — but building one is exactly what we do together.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 17 years of experience working with youth, adults, families, and military communities across school, clinical, and community settings. I've sat with people in some of the most demanding circumstances imaginable — from inpatient mental health facilities to active military bases — and I've learned that what helps most isn't a script. It's connection, clarity, and a practical plan that actually fits your life.
I grew up on a farm, where I learned early that hard work and determination lead to better outcomes. That belief has shaped every corner of my career — and how I show up for every person I work with.
Change is hard — especially when you’re carrying trauma, family stress, or just the weight of everything life throws at you. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way.
With over 15 years of experience across private practice and intensive settings, I’ve spent much of my career helping people through some of their toughest moments.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, family conflict, or life transitions, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from loved ones, or unsure how to move forward. Others are navigating communication struggles, changes in important relationships, women's issues, or difficult life circumstances that leave them feeling overwhelmed and unsupported.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience, I provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. My goal is to help you identify what's contributing to your challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, healthier relationships, and meaningful personal growth.
I help people move from simply coping to genuinely thriving. I hold a Master's in Human Relations with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma, along with advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My background spans neurological rehabilitation, residential behavioral health, crisis intervention, and telehealth — and my experience outside of clinical work gives me a grounded, practical understanding of stress, leadership dynamics, and personal growth. I work with adults and youth ages 8 and older, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
Hello, my name is Hollie LaSyone. I am a mother, grandmother, cosmetologist, and counselor who is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.
After spending many years as a cosmetologist, I chose to pursue a career in counseling later in life, earning my counseling credentials at the age of 50. This journey gave me a unique perspective on personal growth, resilience, and the courage it takes to make meaningful changes.
I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and achieve their goals. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and focused on helping you identify your strengths while working through life's challenges. Whether you are facing difficult circumstances, seeking personal growth, or navigating a major life transition, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey.
Together, we can work through any issue and help you move toward the life you want to create.
After four decades of psychiatric nursing, I transitioned to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner because I am passionate about providing mental health counseling to help people live their best lives. My experience encompasses working with a diverse range of patients facing both acute and chronic mental and behavioral health conditions. In my spare time, I enjoy various fiber arts, and spending time outdoors playing in the dirt. I am married to an amazing man who retired after a long career as a psychiatric social worker. Together, we have seven children and nine absolutely incredible grandchildren.
