Hi! I’m Angelica, a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with nearly 10 years of experience providing individual counseling across the lifespan. In addition to my clinical work, I supervise associate-level counselors, supporting them as they build confidence, competence, and clarity in their professional journey.
My primary area of expertise is trauma recovery—a field I’ve devoted the past eight years to. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults impacted by abuse and trauma. Beyond trauma-focused care, I also help clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including:
As a bilingual counselor, I provide culturally responsive care in both English and Spanish. I’ve also conducted extensive research and clinical work on multigenerational trauma, with the goal of helping families break cycles of abuse and move toward lasting healing.
Outside of the counseling room, I’m also a wife and mom to two amazing kids—Elliot (6) and Emilia (3)—who keep life full of joy, laughter, and a healthy dose of chaos. Our family wouldn’t be complete without our two beloved fur babies, Ralphie and Olivia. Balancing the roles of mother, partner, and professional gives me a deeper appreciation for the complexities of everyday life, and it often informs the compassion and real-world perspective I bring to my work with clients.

Hi, I’m Amanda Muegge, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, where I specialized in direct practice in mental health and substance abuse. I’ve had the privilege of working with families involved in drug court, as well as with teenagers and their families in a school setting. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how personal struggles affect individuals and relationships across all stages of life.

Dr. Lindsey Poe is a Licensed Psychologist originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains in rural Appalachia. Witnessing the impact of poverty, generational trauma, and substance use in her community influenced her desire to pursue a career in clinical psychology. Her hometown – like much of rural Appalachia – was the target of pharmaceutical companies and opioid distribution in the 90s, better known as the opioid epidemic today.
