Hi, I'm Selena! I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience across settings like oncology, acute care, rehabilitation, and family medicine, in addition to psychiatry. That background shapes how I practice today — I like to look at the whole person, not just a list of symptoms. My focus is helping people with ADHD, anxiety, and depression find care that actually fits their life. Taking this step isn't easy, and I'm glad you're here.
My passion is to help individuals who are stuck in life's transitions move into a productive space. I have over seven years of experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents impacted by stress, anxiety, life transitions, work-related challenges, lack of fulfillment, and depression. I have advanced training in EMDR, trauma-based care, and relationship dynamics. I look forward to working with you.
With 30 years of experience as a therapist, I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Stanford University, specializing in school and community-based counseling. I'm dedicated to guiding clients through challenges like trauma, anxiety, and depression, fostering self-awareness and providing practical strategies for greater clarity and fulfillment. My practice is built on a compassionate approach, crafting personalized, evidence-based therapy to help you thrive. I also bring a unique perspective from my work as a university professor and international consultant, promoting mental health equity and inclusivity worldwide.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who works with individuals and families seeking support, understanding, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My background includes outpatient therapy, school-based counseling, and international clinical work, which has given me experience supporting people across many stages of life.
Much of my work focuses on helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to relationships, family life, school, or work.
I aim to create a supportive and thoughtful space where clients feel comfortable exploring what they’re experiencing while developing tools that help them move forward with greater stability and confidence.
Hi! My name is Marisa, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional in the State of Washington. I have a masters degree in social work and I am clinically licensed in Washington State. I work with people who want to break out of patterns of living that are not working. I am specifically interested in working with men feeling stuck and wanting more for themselves.

I am passionate about helping individuals find healing, hope, and restoration through life’s most difficult seasons. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people navigating trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker bringing a depth of experience supporting clients through life’s challenges. I believe seeking therapy takes courage, and I’m glad you’re here. Hi, I’m Salina Mecham. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Utah, along with certification in substance use treatment. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and Domestic Violence Intervention Treatment Counselor (DVP), and I am fully licensed in Utah, Washington, New Hampshire, and New Jersey.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including residential programs, behavioral health hospitals, and community mental health. I began my career in group homes for youth, where I developed a strong foundation in working with individuals in high-stress and high-need situations. Since then, I have continued to support individuals navigating mental health challenges, substance use, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
I am a trained Level 1 Gottman therapist (working on Level 2), this is helpful to those struggling with relationship issues. I am also a trained Level 1 IFS therapist, which is a great modality for people struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, etc. I have invested countless hours in learning other helpful modalities and concepts that add to my knoweldge.
People tend to seek me out because they are looking for someone who feels normal and approachable. Sure, I have a quirk or two, but people often describe talking with me as feeling like they are talking with an old friend who happens to know a lot of mental health specific things and who gives solid counsel and makes them feel valid in this crazy world.
