Hi, I’m Abdel! With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. As a bilingual speaker in English and Arabic, I specialize in creating an inclusive environment where patients from all backgrounds feel truly heard and respected. My goal is to empower you through open communication and evidence-based treatment to help you achieve lasting wellness.
My name is Jaclyn, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I’m glad you’re here. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and burnout, including healthcare professionals and caregivers navigating work stress, grief, chronic illness, or caregiver strain.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded and less alone in what you’re carrying. Therapy doesn't have to only take place during a crisis. It can be a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to exhale.
Before starting my private practice, I worked in various healthcare settings for more than 10 years, supporting people navigating serious illness, sometimes alongside mental health conditions. During that time, I saw firsthand how burnout, chronic stress, and anxiety can affect not only patients and their caregivers, but healthcare professionals as well.
I’m passionate about helping others recognize their strengths and step into their full potential. Whether through collaboration, mentorship, or encouragement, I aim to create spaces where people feel valued, capable, and inspired to act.
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist I look forward to using my skills and knowledge to support you on journey to Be Therapeutic. The power to heal, nurture, and become the best version of ourselves lies within each one of us. To Be Therapeutic means to become the source to restore your health. Once we own and walk in our strength, we are able to improve unfavorable conditions that exist around us and to be an example for others.
Are you feeling stuck, fearful, hopeless, or uncomfortable with yourself or your relationships? Pain is unavoidable, but I can help you carry that burden as we work towards solutions together.
I am Dr. Bonnie Blackman, PhD, MA in Psychology, and a licensed therapist. For over 30 years, I work with both children and adults. My aim is to create a non-judgmental, supportive space as we navigate your concerns and fears to find safe, secure, and comfortable solutions.
I believe the best work happens when you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself—no pressure, no judgment, and no need to have everything figured out before you start. We’ll work together to explore what’s bringing you in, what matters most to you, and what you’d like to change or better understand.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Each person is different, so our work will be tailored to your needs, your goals, and your pace. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, going through a transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you move forward in a way that feels manageable and authentic.
What I Bring to Our Work

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. I have experience working in high-acuity settings, which helps me stay calm, grounded, and focused—even during stressful or overwhelming moments. I aim to create a space where you feel understood while also making meaningful progress.
I’m a licensed therapist based in California specializing in trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, chronic shame, self-esteem, and attachment wounds. I work with adults who are often highly self-aware yet still feel stuck in painful emotional or relational patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand themselves while creating meaningful change. I received my MSW from UCLA and integrate trauma-informed approaches including IFS and EMDR into my work.
