Hello, my name is Becky. I have my master's in clinical social work and am currently obtaining my hours for licensure as an addiction specialist. My job is to listen, guide, and support you as you navigate through healing and growth. If you're ready, I’m here to serve and celebrate with you through your journey.
With over 17 years in the mental health field, I have worked with youth and adults across inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization (PHP) settings. For the past 10 years, I have specialized in trauma, supporting clients navigating mood and trauma-related challenges, including combat, developmental, and complex trauma.
I am trained in EMDR, CBT, and CPT, and I approach therapy with openness, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique story. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, affirming, and grounded in genuine connection.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and am passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
Are you BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ struggling with self-compassion and self-care? Are you struggling with the anxiety of navigating a society that feels like it's not made to support you? Whether it's systemic issues or unpredictable life changes, sometimes life can feel overwhelming and beyond our control. I provide a space for you to be your authentic self and receive unconditional positive regard through these challenges. Come as you are.
I am currently accepting new clients. Do you ever feel unseen, unheard, or like you carried responsibilities no child should have had to? If that resonates, you are not alone. I work with adults and couples who grew up with an emotionally immature parent and still feel the effects on their relationships, self worth, and sense of self. Together we will explore these dynamics and how they shape your life today, and I will help you build the insight, confidence, and self trust to move forward. I also support people through anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, life transitions, and the relationship struggles that come with all of it.
I specialize in working with men who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and a longing for deeper meaning in their lives. I am particularly passionate about supporting fathers of young children, men experiencing loss, and those seeking to redefine masculinity in a healthier, more authentic way.
I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology program at Naropa University, where I trained in mindfulness-based, relational therapy grounded in Eastern wisdom traditions.
I am also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through the Transpersonal Research Institute of Psychotherapeutic Psychedelics and other psychedelic-assisted therapy programs. I consider this work deeply sacred and approaches it with great care, presence, and humility.
I began my career as a Fulbright Scholar, conducting research on traditional medicine in Sochi, Russia. I presented my work at the United States Embassy in Moscow, highlighting cross-cultural perspectives in healthcare and integrative practice.
After completing my grant, I attended New York University (NYU). I then completed a residency at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas. I went on to earn my doctorate from the University of San Diego, California, where I focused on digital telehealth treatment for psychiatric care.
I am passionate about working with Veterans and individuals experiencing Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders. In 2023, I completed CIIS training in psychedelic-assisted therapy. In 2025, I was among the first providers in Colorado and in the country to become licensed as a psilocybin facilitator.
I have found my own personal healing to be intimately connected to nature, and it is here that I believe that we can all begin to rediscover our intrinsic humanity and let go of those things that distract us from our higher selves. In my spare time, I work as an outdoor educator and manage my own private practice and guide Outdoor Retreats
I believe it is helpful and important to translate what is discussed in session and in telehealth meetings into lived experience and real change.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding my horses, and being with my family. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most in life. I value balance, authenticity, and meaningful relationships, and I bring those same values into my work with clients. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working toward their goals.
