Hi, I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping you feel balanced, heard, and supported. I have experience working with adults, children, and families across settings like inpatient, outpatient, and community care. My approach combines medication management with a compassionate, whole-person focus. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life stressors, and I’m here to partner with you on your journey to better mental health

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and teens facing substance use, mental health challenges, trauma, and family reunification. I bring both professional training and lived experience to the work. I’ve worked in residential treatment, community mental health, reentry programs, and private practice, serving people from many different backgrounds. Clients often say I’m easy to talk to, direct, and relatable. My goal is to create a safe, honest space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to change your life.

Hi I am Dr. Liza. I grew up in rural Wyoming, lived in Utah for many years, and over the last three years moved to Georgia. I have been married for 26 years to my high school sweetheart and have three beautiful children.

I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in many varying situations which include mental health, addictions, behavioral, and relational concerns.
