She brings a unique social collectivist perspective to her counseling approach and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and narrative techniques within a trauma-informed framework. This allows her to support clients with both evidence-based tools and deeply personal, story-centered healing work in order to honor their past while helping them move toward a more hopeful future.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud parent of four amazing kids, ages 17, 10, 10, and 2. My youngest is on the autism spectrum, which has deepened my understanding of neurodiversity, parenting stress, and the importance of flexibility and compassion. When I’m not working or parenting, I love attending comic cons and trying new foods, whether that’s a new local spot or a dish I’ve never made before.
