I work with individuals who are ambitious and capable but often feel stretched thin trying to keep up with life, goals, and expectations. Many of my clients are professionals or working adults navigating stress, burnout, perfectionism, or self-doubt. I also enjoy working with teenage girls (13+). Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, set realistic boundaries for your time and energy, manage stress, and find more peace in the present while still working toward meaningful goals for your future.
I’m EMDR-trained and IFS-informed. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University in 2021.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Utah State University. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I have worked in the child welfare system for 10 years, advocating for families and individuals by helping them improve their lives and reach their highest potential.
First and foremost, I enjoy meeting people, getting to know the way they think, making people comfortable, and then seeing how I can help or support. I enjoy seeing people grow through their challenges and find progress in their goals. I've spent much of my career working in psychiatric hospitals managing crisis, doing family and adolescent counseling, and have built several addiction counseling programs. I and am currently working as the Clinical Director for an addiction medical clinic, but looking at building up my private practice for more independence. I'm always up to learning something new as I meet new people, and am looking forward to seeing how I can help.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Searching for therapists in Ogden starts with knowing what kind of support you want. Therapists can help with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and work stress. As you compare options, look for a therapist whose listed specialties, training, and therapy style match your needs. Bios can help you see whether a therapist uses approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or couples-focused work.
In a smaller city like Ogden, the right local fit may depend on more than office location. In-person therapy may work well if you prefer a nearby office in Ogden, South Ogden, or surrounding Weber County communities. Virtual therapy can expand your options if local availability is limited or your schedule fits better with appointments from home. When narrowing your search, consider appointment times, whether the therapist is accepting new patients, and whether they offer a free phone consultation. Reading profiles before booking can also show how a therapist describes their communication style and session structure.
Therapy in Ogden can be a significant investment without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and get clearer pricing before care begins. Headway helps you find therapists who accept a wide range of insurance plans, verify your benefits, and show an estimated out-of-pocket cost before you book. You can browse therapists in Ogden, review bios, and book directly when you are ready.
