No artistic skills are needed; we simply use play and metaphor to explore challenges from a comfortable distance. Children process emotions through play, adults bypass the analytical mind for authentic expression, and families discover new ways of connecting. My approach is evidence-based and open-minded, providing a judgment-free space to explore your experiences at your own pace.

My goal is to help you understand and accept the many multifaceted aspects of yourself and integrate these aspects, forming a cohesive, harmonious sense of self. Our journey together is about developing a profound self-understanding and acceptance, freeing yourself from entrenched patterns, and healing from past experiences. This process leads to outcomes such as heightened self-awareness, self-confidence, reduced stress, and increased capacity to face the world with your whole, authentic self.

I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and always consider cultural and social context. I also collaborate with other therapists to offer educational and support groups several times a year. Using a combination of physical, emotional, and cognitive tools, we’ll work to improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, and increase the joy and ease in your life.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University, and I work with adults across a variety of life stages and transitions.
