Great to meet you! I've been helping people sleep better since 2002. I'm a Licensed Psychologist (IL) and a Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT), specializing in therapy for insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.
Most of my clients have struggled with chronic or acute insomnia and feel stuck in the cycle — they've tried all the usual tips and tricks, but nothing seems to work. I take a thorough approach because easy fixes rarely solve sleep problems. I start by understanding everything that may be affecting your sleep, then build a plan around you — not a one-size-fits-all formula.
With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma (including first responders), aging-related concerns, and members of the agricultural and farming communities.
I provide telehealth services across multiple states, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I'm Jim Veltman, and I've been doing this work for over 30 years — not because it was the safe career choice, but because I believe people can genuinely heal. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Grayslake, Illinois, and I work with clients across the state through telehealth. I see adults, teens, older adults, and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and the complicated weight of struggling relationships. My background is grounded in both psychological training and a belief that healing isn't just clinical — it's deeply human, and often spiritual. If faith is part of your life, that's welcome here. If it's not, that's completely fine too. What matters is that we do honest, real work together.
I have provided counseling services for over 20 years, helping clients work through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic, stress, family challenges, and women’s issues. I specialize in supporting people who feel stuck in painful memories, overwhelmed by anxiety, or disconnected from themselves after difficult life experiences. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and deeply respectful of each person’s story. I believe healing often involves more than traditional talk therapy, which is why I incorporate approaches that support the mind, body, and spirit. I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and I use EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment-based therapy, interpersonal therapy, and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients move toward relief and healing. When we work together, you can expect a caring space where you are accepted as you are and supported at a pace that feels safe.
Hi, I’m a licensed clinical social worker offering remote therapy for people of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, alcohol and substance use, and stress management. My approach is compassionate, empowering, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I honor each client’s story and help them build on their strengths as they move toward healing and lasting change.
I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering and collaborative. I approach each client with compassion, curiosity and respect for their lived experience. In our work together, you can expect honesty, encouragement and practical tools you can apply outside of sessions.
My name is Glen Alan Ensinger. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I lived in Colorado for over one year and was licensed last March. I have been licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois since 2002. I have provided crisis counseling and domestic violence counseling for perpetrators and victims. I completed my master's degree at Western Illinois University which included a practicum and internship at White Oaks in Peoria, Illinois. This is a substance abuse program. I have worked at a school for children with behavioral problems and also have provided counseling and crisis services at a community mental health center. For approximately 10 years I was on clinical staff for the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois where I provided counseling services for clients in the HIV program. I worked over 8 years at the 9th Judicial Court in Illinois as a court services therapist. I have a private practice that includes working for programs that helped children either get adopted or return home from the foster care program (or help parents get the children returned to them). My primary work has been with families, couples and children. I use dialectical behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and general Rogerian therapy to help people live more successful lives.
