Hello, I'm Toni, and I'm so glad you're here. With thirty years of professional experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, I've helped many individuals navigate their mental health journeys. My areas of expertise include stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, and depression.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honoring the whole person. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will build on your strengths, address challenges with compassion, and move toward meaningful growth and emotional well-being.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, meaning I studied both psychology and the context (environmental and social) that contributes to mental health challenges. Throughout my career, I've worked with those recovering from trauma and addiction. Most of my clients are healing from experiences of violence, abuse, sexual assault, and/or neglect. In an effort to address symptoms faster, I obtained training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

I am passionate about helping high-functioning folks struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, abuse, substance use and PTSD. I have a BA in Psychology from NYU and a MSW from USC. My skillset includes over 1,000-hours of post-graduate certifications in Somatic Experiencing, EFT, EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, DBT and Positive Psychology. I believe in using the best, scientifically-backed methodology to help my clients heal from the past, change in the present and flourish in the future.

This journey we take together won't always be easy but with 15 years experience, working in many areas of behavioral health including forensics, inpatient medical and psychiatry, outpatient, consulting, substance abuse and private practice, you're in good hands. I bring a wealth of life experience that goes a long way too!
